YIN YOGA works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

Teachers:
ASHTANGA YOGA is a dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, each student moves independently, according to the timing of their own breath, through the sequence of postures according to their levels given by the teacher. The teacher will give assistance, instruction, and guidance as needed on a one on one basis. I Yoga Centre is proud to host Ashtanga Yoga Melaka program in house and is the only Yoga centre in Melaka with authorized ashtanga teacher. Our Co-Founder CK Chong is one of the only 3 authorized ashtanga teachers in Malaysia.

Teachers:
HATHA & VINYASA YOGA incorporate many of the same poses. The main difference is the pacing of the classes. Vinyasa moves at a faster pace and requires greater breathing control than Hatha yoga.

Teachers:
HATHA YOGA is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. We have beginner, intermediate and all level Hatha classes to cater your needs.

Teachers:
INSIDE FLOW YOGA is different from any other Vinyasa classes which you need to move with the beat of the music and embody the energy of the song.
